Make these delicious breakfast bagels with 33g of protein (8.5 per bagel) in two of my favourite flavours, Blueberry and Cinnamon and carrot cake!

    Preheat your air fryer on bake mode to 180°C (350°F).

    Blitz your cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.

    In a bowl, add the self-raising flour, sugar and blended cottage cheese until a rough dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

    Sprinkle cinnamon and add your chosen flavour to your bagel.

    Shape each piece into a bagel, creating a hole in the centre.

    Brush with milk, sprinkle with coconut sugar and crushed walnuts.

    Place bagels in the air fryer. Bake for 20 minutes. Halfway through, carefully flip each bagel to ensure a crispy bottom.

    Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

    Enjoy them buttered.
