Are you a fan of one-pot meals? If so, you are gonna love this recipe for soy sauce chicken and rice - all cooked in a rice cooker!

    In a bowl, mix ginger, low sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Set aside 1/4 of the sauce for later.

    In another bowl, add chicken thighs and remaining 3/4 sauce and marinate for up to 30 mins.

    In a rice cooker, add rice, chicken stock, chicken thighs, and marinating sauce. Turn on rice cooker

    Once the rice is cooked, slice chicken thighs and plate with rice.
