A family favourite recipe that's a great way to convince people tofu tastes good!

    Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Tear the tofu apart with your hands and add to a bowl with the corn flour, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Add to the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Add in the broccoli 10 minutes in.

    While the tofu is cooking add all of the sauce ingredients to a jar and or bowl and mix together.

    Tip into a pan over medium heat, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken.

    Add in the tofu and coat with the sauce.

    Then finally add some sesame seeds and spring onions.

    Serve with sushi rice and broccoli.
