    Combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and chia seeds in a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Refrigerate for a minimum 2 hours or overnight.

    When ready to enjoy, top with a scoop of coconut whipped cream, chopped honey cinnamon pecans, and pumpkin spice rolled wafers. Enjoy!
