Cut your chicken into cubes. Place them in a bowl and season with onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add in cornstarch and mix until well combined.

Whisk all your sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat up your skillet on medium high heat and add your oil. Pan fry the chicken.

When chicken is almost fully cooked, add in the sauce. Bring to a simmer then lower heat and let the sauce thicken and coat the chicken.

Serve with broccoli and rice and top with sesame seeds.
