Blend strawberries, orange juice, lime or lemon juice, water, garlic, ginger, red onion, and chili flakes.

Boil and drain to get the tasty water out.

Season with elderflower vinegar and lacto fermented chili water.

Cut seabream into small pieces.

Mix with mint, chives, almonds, chili, red onion, salt, olive oil, pepper, and chili flakes.

Wrap into sashimi with the help of a plastic film.
