Chicken Bacon Ranch Smash Potatoes
A fun appetizer or dinner idea that's easy to make and full of flavor.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place potatoes in a pot and fill with cold water until potatoes are covered.

Bring to a boil and then boil 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Drain and transfer to a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil and add a dash of salt.

Use your hands to mix and make sure potatoes are well coated with the oil.

Use the bottom of a cup to smash the potatoes.

Roast for 25 minutes.

Add chicken, cheese, and bacon, and cook for 8 more minutes.

Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch and top with scallions.
