Strawberries & Cream Chia Pud

Best meal prep!! 1/6 of my chia breaky series! I have made a diff flav for each day this week, so excited to share them - they are so damn good!

    Blend together the frozen strawberries, coconut cream, honey & 1 tbsp yoghurt.

    In a glass container, add in your chia seeds and pour over the blended mix. Refrigerate overnight or 3 hours minimum.

    Add your chia pud into a jar and top with strawb yoghurt and fresh strawberries! Enjoy
