Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Steve and I made the fluffiest banana bread EVER - I swear adding in nut butter just makes it a 10/10

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Mash your bananas and set aside.

  3. 3

    Crack & whisk the egg and set aside.

  4. 4

    Soften butter in the microwave / 30 - 40 secs.

  5. 5

    In a large bowl, mix together all wet ingredients then add in all dry ingredients. Mix gently until all combined - be sure to not over mix.

    Fold in the choccy chips.

  7. 7

    Line a loaf tin with baking paper and bake for 50-60 minutes. Every oven is so different so check at 50 then go from there.

    Serve warm with butter OR mix yoghurt & PB together and smear it all over.
