Creamy Pesto Chicken
The dish that takes 15 minutes and tastes amazing we eat this when we have minimal time to cook

Cut your tomatoes in half and set aside.

Slice your chicken in halves and sprinkle over salt and pepper. Flip them over and repeat.

In a skillet / pan, add 1 TBSP of olive oil over medium heat and add in your chicken. Cook until browned - approx 8 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan onto a plate and set aside while you make the sauce.

In the same pan, add in a tbsp of olive oil, the tomatoes and minced garlic. Once tomatoes have softened add in pesto and cream. Stir to combine. Add chicken back in and cover in sauce.

Serve with potatoes, pasta, rice and veg - whatever you’re feeling!
