If you have ripe bananas and don’t feel like banana bread, try breakfast cookies instead! So easy and so delish

    Preheat oven to 160°C.

    Mash bananas and set aside.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl until combined.

    Fold in the add ins.

  5. 5

    Line a tray with baking paper and use a spoon to scoop mixture onto it. Shape the cookies with your fingers!

    Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.


Notes

Add ins: Totally optional - I used pumpkin kernels, walnuts and chocolate chips. You could use any dried fruits or nuts and seeds
