PUMPKIN CRUMBLE LOAF 🎃✨ I originally meant to share this recipe last fall but it wasn’t 100% up to par yet, so I made a few tweaks this year and it’s perfect now 😍 here’s the recipe:

    To make the loaf: preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, whisk together both sugars and oil. Whisk in the pumpkin purée and vanilla. Then add the flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder and salt along with half the milk. Fold to combine and then fold in the remaining milk until the batter is smooth.

    To make the crumble: in a small bowl, stir together flour, oats, both sugars, cinnamon and salt. Add in the cubes vegan but and pinch it into the flour mixture until a crumble form.

    Pour the pumpkin loaf batter into a greased and lined loaf pan, smooth it out and then top evenly with the crumble mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick/ knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool for at least 20 mins before slicing and serving!
