1. 1 serving frozen udon noodles
2. ½ tbsp oil
3. ¼ block extra firm tofu, crumbled
4. 2 green onion, whites finely chopped, greens thinly sliced
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 1 tsp sesame oil

Sauce

1. 2 tbsps soy sauce
2. 1 tbsp chili oil
3. 1 tsp maple syrup
4. ½ tsp black vinegar
5. 1 tsp cornstarch
6. ⅓ cup water
