Copycat Starbucks Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins

A recipe for the Starbucks cream cheese pumpkin muffins we all love so much!

Ingredients

homemade buttermilk

cream cheese filling

wet ingredients

dry ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Pour the buttermilk ingredients in a bowl and mix together than set aside.

    Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

    Mix together all the wet ingredients in a bowl including your vegan buttermilk mixture.

    Than, add your dry ingredients and mix until combined.

    Combine the cream cheese filling ingredients and set aside.

    Put the cream cheese filling in a ziplock bag and cut the tip of it.

    Spray muffin tins with non stick spray or use cupcake liners.

    Spoon each muffin tin about halfway full.

    Pipe the cream cheese filling on top of the muffin or use a spoon to add it on top of the muffin batter.

    Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
