Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.

Mix together the wet ingredients until til combined.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Add into mini muffin tins or a mini donut hole pan.

Bake for 10-12 mins.

Coat in melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
