    Cook the pearl couscous.

    Assemble your Greek bowl with your protein of choice and all your toppings of choice.

    Bring your water to the boil and add some salt and butter (or olive oil) for a bit of extra flavor.

    Stir in the couscous and reduce to low heat.

    Cover with a lid and leave to simmer for around 8-10 minutes.
