    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Mix together your dry ingredients and than mix together your wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Once combined, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined.

    Than make your crumble topping.

    Pour the batter into a square pan with parchment paper.

    Than crumble the crumble topping all over the top.

    Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

    Make the icing and drizzle on top and cut into squares.
