Preheat oven to 220C / 428F.

Mix the dough ingredients together with spoon and quick knead.

Cover with clingfilm and let it sit for 30min or up to 2 hours.

Flour your surface as this dough is sticky, knead for a few minutes and then cut into 8.

Shape each 1/8 into a round and roll it out, add some pesto, then basil and mozzarella and garlic mix..

Pinch together as shown in the reel and gently roll out again.

Place on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and brush with oil.
