Add all of your ingredients into a jar and mix well to combine. Let it sit on the counter for about 10 minutes and whisk it again (as a lot of the seeds will sink/clump up).

Pop the lid on and transfer to the fridge to set. I usually leave mine overnight but it should be ready in a couple of hours.

When ready to serve, give it another whisk then take out as much as you’d like. NOTE: If it’s too thick, simply add in a splash of milk and whisk well. If it’s too runny, add in an extra tsp or two of chia seeds, whisk and leave to set.

Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy! I like mine with yogurt, berries and sometimes crushed nuts too.
