Bacon, Egg & Cheese Stuffed Naan

A Dirty Breakfast Naan fusing a bit of British Breakfast with Indian naan. A perfect one for the weekend.

    Put all the dough ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir, and bring together to a dough then add a little flour to your hands and the kitchen top and knead the dough for a few mins. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover and set aside for 30 mins. Weigh into four portions.

    Fry the bacon to your liking, set aside. Scramble your eggs to a soft scramble and set aside to cool.

    Roll out each dough portion to the size of a tea plate, spread on some egg, add bacon and then a little cheese and bring the edges of the dough up, pinching it round to secure the contents. Push the dough down with the palm of your hand. Then flip it over and gently roll the naan out to a circle about the size of tea plate.

    Add each naan to a very hot dry pan, non stick or cast iron frying pan works well for 60-90 seconds each side. Finish the top with a teaspoon of butter and sprinkle of nigella or sesame seeds
