These were soooo good!! they remind me of the tuna burgers my mum used to make but with a delishhhhh teriyaki flavour

Yield3 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Whisk an egg together with a tbsp teriyaki sauce and the soy sauce, then add the tuna, spring onions and breadcrumbs until sticky.

  2. 2

Mix the remaining teriyaki sauce with water in a ramekin.

  3. 3

Place a wrap into a hot frying pan and brush with the diluted teriyaki sauce from the ramekin.

  4. 4

Flip over so the teriyaki coated side is now on the heat (the plain side may look slightly browned).

  5. 5

Press the tuna mix onto the centre until firm, then flip it over so that the smashed tuna patty cooks for a few minutes, pressing the top of the wrap down.

  6. 6

Once browned, remove from the pan to cool for a couple of minutes.

  7. 7

Top with more teriyaki sauce, some Asian slaw (carrot and cabbage marinated in rice wine vinegar and sugar), avocado, lime juice, coriander and sesame seeds.
