Nando's Pulled Chicken Gnocchi

Cook the gnocchi in the airfryer with a drizzle of oil for around 10 minutes until crispy.

Add the chicken mix (heated for 2 mins in the microwave first) + some of the grated cheese.

Roughly mix it together so it’s mostly coated.

Top with the remaining cheese + a drizzle of chilli jam and airfry for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Top with chopped parsley and divide into 2 bowls.
