S'mores Brownie Skillet

A soft, fudgy, gooey skillet brownie that takes the classic s'more to a whole other level!

    Preheat your oven to 350°.

    Grease 4 mini skillet pans with nonstick spray and parchment paper.

    Beat together your mashed banana, almond butter, eggs, vanilla, and coconut sugar until smooth.

    Fold in your cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Then stir in your chocolate chips.

    Line each mini pan with your Graham crackers (breaking them to fit).

    Pour your brownie batter over top, and then top it with the marshmallows, more chocolate chips, and more broken up Graham crackers.

    Bake for 30 minutes until set but gooey on the inside and the marshmallows are golden and bubbly.
