Salted Caramel Banana Bread Waffles

These waffles are fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and drizzled with the most luscious vegan caramel EVER.

    Preheat your waffle maker (I used a mini one).

    Mix together all ingredients in a bowl (the mix should be thick like regular waffle batter, if it’s too thick you can add a little more almond milk).

    Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the waffle maker at a time, cook for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Stack and top with banana slices, the caramel sauce, and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
