    In a food processor add all of the brownie ingredients and pulse until a thick dough forms.

    Line mini loaf molds with parchment paper strips.

  3. 3

    Press the dough into the molds and refrigerate until set.

    Make the frosting by whisking together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  5. 5

    Remove the brownies by lifting the parchment strips.

  6. 6

    Frost each brownie and add sprinkles if using.
