Cosmic Brownies

Name: Cosmic Brownies
Ingredients: 0.25 cup almond flour; 2 tbsp coconut flour; 2 tbsp cacao powder; 1 scoop chocolate protein powder; 0.5 cup dates (soaked); 2 tbsp almond butter; salt (pinch of); 0.5 tsp vanilla extract; 0.25 cup almond butter; 2 tbsp cacao powder; 2 tbsp date syrup; 2 tbsp almond milk

Soft, gooey, fudgy, and loaded with dark chocolate flavor. The icing on the brownie is truly the fudge frosting that just takes it over the top!

In a food processor add all of the brownie ingredients and pulse until a thick dough forms.

Line mini loaf molds with parchment paper strips.

Press the dough into the molds and refrigerate until set.

Make the frosting by whisking together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Remove the brownies by lifting the parchment strips.

Frost each brownie and add sprinkles if using.
