Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with nonstick spray.

    Whisk together the dry ingredient in a bowl. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

    Fold in the chocolate chips.

    Roll the dough into 1-1.5 oz balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

    If you like your cookies flat and chewy, gently bang your pan on the countertop halfway through the baking time.

    Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes in the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely (if you can wait that long...)
