Tofu Meatball & Hummus Flatbreads

    Preheat your air fryer, or oven, to 220 C.

    Add the ingredients for the meatballs to a food processor and blend until combined, but not completely smooth.

    Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to portion them out and hand roll the mix into balls or disks.

    If using an oven, place the meatballs on a lined baking tray and spray/brush with a good amount of olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping half way through. If air frying, cook for 15-20 minutes.

    Load up the flatbread with hummus, feta, meatballs, cucumber, onion and fresh herbs.
