Apple & Blackberry Crumpet Bake
If you’re bored of your current breakfast rotation, try THIS. Crumpets are so tragically underrated (in my opinion), so here I am reminding you that they exist & that they’re super versatile and ridiculously delish.

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180C.

Fry the diced apple with a splash of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon, until soft and caramelised.

Chop the crumpets into bite-sized pieces.

Mix together the egg, milk, flavdrops, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the crumpets. Mix, then allow to soak for a minute, until absorbed.

Top with the blackberries and cinnamon apples and sprinkle over some cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 15-20 mins, then top with yoghurt, some extra cinnamon sugar, and maple syrup if desired.
