Citrus Spicy Mayo Sauce

Mix the flaxseed and water and set aside to form a gel.

Add the flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, herbs, salt and scotch bonnet to a large mixing bowl.

Add in your chopped vegan cheese, followed by the flaxseed gel and pumpkin puree. Mix well.

Heat your oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Fry in small batches until brown and crispy.

Drain fritters on a paper towel before serving each with a dollop of the citrus spicy mayo sauce and garnish.

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl for the mayo sauce. Serve with hot pumpkin fritters.
