Combine dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.

Fold dry into wet.

Add 1/2 of batter to separate bowl and add cacao powder and non dairy milk, then mix together.

In muffin tin, layer spoonful of plain batter and chocolate batter on top, then use knife/skewer to swirl together.

Bake at 350F for 13-17 minutes.
