Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Get 2 thick slices of brioche.

Into wide bowl add 1 egg, 1/2 cup @malkorganics pumpkin spice for extra flavor, 1/4 tsp honey, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt.

Whisk until everything is incorporated.

Soak both sides of your brioche, a leave it soaking for a couple of minutes.

Melt some butter in your skillet and fry both sides until golden.

Whip some heavy cream with vanilla bean paste and honey.

Scoop some over your French toast, sprinkle more pumpkin spice and enjoy.
