Apple Crumble with Ice Cream and Salted Caramel

    Cut 2 apples into small cubes.

    Melt a tbsp of butter in a cast iron skillet, add apples, 2 tbsp brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, cook until apples are softened and caramelized.

    Make a crumb topping by combining 5 tbsp flour, 50g cold butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp oats and some chopped walnuts.

    Sprinkle over your apple and bake at 350F until golden brown.

    Scoop into your ramekin, add a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of salted caramel.
