Potato Chip Omelette
Loved that little crunch potato chips gave the omelette. I used cheddar and sour cream chips which paired really well!

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat very well using a whisk.

Melt some butter in a pan, just until it’s bubbly.

Pour your eggs and stir constantly, once it’s about 80% done spread it out and roll into an omelette.

Brush with some butter, sprinkle with chips and chives.
Notes
Used 2 eggs and 1 quail egg.
