Meatballs and Gravy
Meatballs and Gravy! This gravy sauce turned out absolutely incredible with the help of @heinz homestyle caramelized onion and thyme gravy

Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl. Form into meatballs. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray and place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.

Fry with some oil just until they’re browned on both sides but not cooked all the way through and set aside.

Thinly slice onion and mushrooms. Into the same pan where you browned your meatballs add 1 tbsp butter. Add onions and cook them until they’re softened. Add mushroom and cook both until caramelized.

Pour in a jar of gravy then add your meatballs back in. Cook for another 20-25 minutes.

Serve over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and some broccoli on the side.
