Fig and Walnut Bruschetta
Paired perfectly with my Pinot Gris

Drizzle bread with olive oil and grill or bake at 350F until golden brown.

Pulse dried figs, walnuts, garlic, and anchovies in a blender.

Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste, and blend until smooth.

Spread the mixture over toasted baguette and garnish with Parmesan shavings and a piece of chive.

Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Gris.
