Pumpkin Spiced Cake

   Mix together the eggs and sugar, whisk until the sugar dissolves and it’s firmly, next add in the rest of the wet ingredients mix until incorporated.

   Sift the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold to combine.

   Pour in a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the skewer comes out clean.
