Mix together sugar and softened butter using a hand mixer whisk until pale and fluffy, add in lemon zest and whisk until combined.

Next add in 1 egg at a time as you continue mixing until all eggs are mixed, add in milk, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice and mix to incorporate.

Next add in the dry ingredients, flour, baking, bicarbonate and salt, fold in and finally the blueberries.

Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
