Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken
Such a versatile chicken dish that can be served with any side, mash potatoes ,roast potatoes or even rice.

Cut slits on the chick drumsticks then season with salt and spices listed.

Sear on high heat until browned on both sides, set aside.

To the same pan, add butter and saute the onions until translucent, add in garlic and saute.

Next add in the spices, tomatoes, sundried tomato, tomato paste mix until well incorporated.

Add in water and the chicken back, cook covered for 16 mins then turn the chicken and cook uncovered for 10 mins, finish with cream and simmer for about 7-10 mins.
