One of the best soup that you can enjoy as a starter or when the weather is cold.

    Saute the mushrooms and set some aside for garnish.

    Add in onions, garlic, thyme and season with salt/pepper. Cook until the onions are translucent.

    Next add in flour and mix, vegetable stock and cover to simmer on low for about 20mins.

    Finally add in cooking cream and mix.

  5. 5

    You can serve it as it is or blend.
