Start by roughly chopping up your veggies.

Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 45-50 minutes on 200C/390F.

Squeeze out the garlic from the roasted garlic bulbs.

Now add all the roasted veg to a saucepan along with the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 5-10 min.

Now blend until smooth.
