Rinse the red lentils a few times in cold water.

Soak the lentils in cold water for at least two hours or overnight if possible.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan. Cook for approx. 3 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 3-4 min.
