This pistachio butter tastes like an absolute treat even without any sweetener!

    Roast pistachios for 7 minutes at 200C/390F.

    Let pistachios cool down before blending into butter.

  3. 3

    Blend pistachios until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add matcha and salt, blend for a couple of minutes.

    Enjoy in matcha latte, on oatmeal, chia pudding, toast, or anything else.
