Healthy Homemade Granola

Because granola from the grocery store has ridiculous amounts of sugar in it. Plus, this is SO much better, I’ve been eating it as snacks for a week now :)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 150C / 300 F.

    Roughly chop your pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts and dates.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients, except the goji berries, on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Mix everything together and bake for 50 min, making sure to toss every 10-15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with yogurt, chia pudding, or smoothie bowls.


Notes

You can use whatever nuts you have on hand.
