Fry red onion and bell pepper for a couple of minutes.

Add finely chopped ginger and garlic, sauté for another minute.

Add red curry paste, Turmeric, onion powder, the vegetable broth cube, Almond butter, Coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Cook buckwheat noodles.

Use a peeler to make carrot noodles.

Fry tofu with soy sauce until golden.
