    Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

    Add sliced mushrooms to a pan on medium heat and sauté for 3 mins.

    Add in the minced garlic and the sauce, and cook for another 3 mins before adding the broccoli.

    Once done, serve with rice and top with the egg, edamame beans and sesame seeds.
