Ingredients: 1.5 pounds flank steak; 0.5 cups low sodium soy sauce; 0.25 cups avocado oil; 1 tablespoons cider vinegar; 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard; 0.5 teaspoons ground pepper; 2 teaspoons garlic; 1 tablespoons maple syrup; 0.5 cups olive oil; 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar; 0.5 cups parsley; 3 cloves garlic; 1 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes; 1 teaspoons dried oregano; 1 teaspoons coarse salt; pepper
