The Vodka Pizza
The legends at @evrythng_cc gifted me a bottle of their finest vodka to have some fun with! No im not a ‘classic’ alcoholic. Im as classy one. I hide how I drink booze so I can do it in plain sight! Very classy. Very demure (am I doing it right?) In this edition. I hide @evrythng_cc vodka in an incredibly tasty, rich, creamy sauce that absolutely BANGS as a pizza sauce. The vodka actually helps emulsify the sauce to bring it together! And not only does this taste incredible… it uses a vodka there is build to fight the climate crisis WIN. WIN.

Sauté your garlic and onions in the olive oil.

Add your vodka and light it on fire (don’t burn your hands like I did) to cook off the alcohol.

Add tomatoes, oregano and reduce for a few minutes.

Add the cream and bring to a simmer.

Blend up until super smooth.

Add your cheese and salt and mix.
