    Room temp bulk for 5 hours.

    Ball up and rest for 4-5 hours at room temperature.

    24-48 hours in the fridge.

    2-3 hours at room temperature before cooking.

    Stretch it out.

    Bake it - if you don’t have a pizza oven, place it in a screaming hot frying pan, top it in there, then once the base is done, get it under the grill.
