Cancel your flights you can now bring New York to your own home. I’ve taken on the Italians… now I’m here to offend the Americans

    Mix your water, yeast and preferment together.

    Add your flour, knead/mix this in until a shaggy mixture (5 minutes)

    Add your salt and knead until smooth then gradually add the oil while mixing/kneading then rest for 5-10 minutes

    Ball up and rest for 2-3 hours at room temp.

    Cut into roughly 6 250g dough balls and place in the fridge for 24-48 hours.

    Take your (dough) balls out of the fridge and bring to room temp over 4-6 hours.

  7. 7

    Press your dough out stretching it as thin as possible (without tearing).

  8. 8

    Top with what ever delights you fancy. This is a vodka sauce, mozzarella, parm and basil pizza.

    Bake on a low flame with the stone temp at around 330°C
