Sounds of a sourdough. Below is my full sourdough recipe from start to finish. As far as sourdough goes it’s a simple to follow sourdough recipe that works every time!

    Mix water and starter.

    Add flour and mix to bring together. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Add salt and mix to combine. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Coil fold 4 times. Then do this once every 30 minutes.

    Rest for an hour.

    Split into 2. Ball up and bench rest for 30 minutes.

    Shape and bosh in the fridge overnight.

    Get a cast iron Dutch oven in your oven and get it on full whack (250°C if you oven goes that high). Leave it on for 45 minutes.

    Add your dough straight out the fridge and Score it. Then put the lid on and place in the oven for 25 minutes.

    Remove the lid and bake until your desired level of crustiness.
